The cards are made of premium plastic. The exact material is PVC and it is up to 8 times recyclable. The chip inside the card does not require power and should last a few years.

We try to process orders within 48 hrs and dispatch on approval of artwork within 24 hrs. Shipping varies from 2 to 14 business days due to the surge of online shopping.

Our hosting and backend infrastructure is with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Storage. All data send to our servers is secured via SSL. During creation of QR Codes/Landing Pages your entered data is processed by our servers. For performance improvements we keep the rendered QR Code image for 60 seconds in the cache of our servers. We are storing your IP address for 7 days in order to process information like location and unique user tracking, furthermore the IP Address is stored in the logfiles of our servers.

All information that you put into the QR Codes/Landing Pages can generally be viewed by other internet users. Therefore, we naturally encourage you to be careful and responsible with any personal information and confidential data you publish on your QR Codes. Please keep in mind that password-protected areas do not offer absolute protection against unauthorised access: the same applies to any files that are uploaded to password-protected websites as they can still be accessed via direct links.

Administrative Access to your QR Codes:
Please be aware that the Lunar Media team members are also authorised in specific situations to access your QR Code account when fulfilling administration requests, customer service requests and tracking errors. This necessarily grants them the possibility to view all parts of your account, including all names, numbers and settings. All members of our team are regularly trained in privacy and data protection sensibility and confidentiality.
